If cancellation happens prior to five business days before the booked event, 100% of the deposit is refunded. Partner will return the funds within 48 hours.
If the cancellation happens post five business day cancellation period leading to a booked event, TeamBuilds will forfeit the booking deposit.

If cancellation happens within five business days of the booked event, no refunds will be issued.
